A tuscan classic!

2-3 Extra ripe tomatoes
1/2 white or red onion
handful of basil
bread- italian or french style, the older the better- if more than 4 days old, rinse or soak in water for a minute and gently squeeze
salt & pepper
olive oil and red wine vinegar

Mix ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
